Business Growth Plan

SpecView has 3 main revenue streams coming from SpecView subscriptions, VR headset purchases and paid advertisements in which has an ROI percentage of 30% which is projected to grow exponentially after the 1st year when most of the capital has been utilised to secure insurance policies, broadcasting rights, extensive advertising, marketing and market research and development.

SpecView currently operates with 6 employees consisting of the:

  • CEO - Oversees all business activities and makes the final calls.

  • CFO - Responsible for all business finance from income, expenses and budgeting by also providing financial statements and notes for potential investors.

  • Marketing Director - Responsible for all marketing campaigns, advertising, sponsorships, research and development, planning and launching sales promotions and developing the consumer database.

  • Media Coordinator - Works closely with the marketing director to help develop marketing strategies, campaigns, advertising plans and updating the website and posting consistently across all social media platforms to stay in touch with consumers.

  • Call Centre Director - Handles phone calls from consumers and customers to handle queries, questions or troubleshooting issues.

  • Operations Manager - Responsible for overseeing business operations including assisting other departments in setting and achieving KPIs and implementing data collecting methods.


After brand awareness and loyalty has been established and received positively by consumers soon after launching SpecView will release various different VR headset designs to cater for all consumer price brackets as well as offer more variety in colours.

Sports is a growing globally consumed commodity displaying positive trends in participation and spectators. The sports industry has been experiencing steady growth at around 4.3% a year since 2014 (Torrens University Australia, 2019). The sports industry reached a value of nearly US$488.5 billion in 2018 and this is estimated to increase as well as the compound annual growth rate.

SpecView's future actions include adopting popup try and buy kiosks/stores to be set up in busy high volume areas such as the centre of shopping centres to display and try SpecView for yourself.

Shifting the manufacturing of the SpecView VR headsets from onshore to offshore will enable SpecView to further cut costs.

​

Increasing social media presence and hiring more staff to cater for the increase in demand will be crucial to SpecView's future success.

​

SpecView will sponsor various charity clubs and partner with local sporting clubs/teams. For major events such as the Paralympics a percentage of profits made from SpecView Pay Per Views will be donated to related charities.

​

SpecView has the ability to increase peoples participation, interest and growth of sports by attracting new people in a new and exciting way for people to enjoy and engage with their favourite sports, players and teams.
